The author
Ivan Larkin ACABE MFPWS MPTS is a party wall surveyor working across London and the South East. His route into party wall work was a construction career of over 37 years, part of it as a house builder in his own right, registered with both LABC and NHBC.
He belongs to the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and The Pyramus & Thisbe Society, and is an associate member of CABE, the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
